"service was poor got sub had no dressings on it did not ask if i wanted sauce or not or even salt or pepper all i got was meat and vegetables usually go there but will not return"

"We hurried into Fredericton today for a quick bite to eat with a friend so we picked up 3, 6" subs at this shop. When we arrived at our lunch meeting and started to eat , we found that the buns were VERY dry and not enjoyable at all. Certainly NOT your "freshness" guarantee. I did return the buns that were not consumed and the young fellow did offer to give me another one , however we were rushed and I just wanted them to know that the buns were stale. Perhaps they had been left uncovered . Not so sure . Sometimes it is those little things that the workers do not worry about that can cause a huge difference in your customer satisfaction. If it were my store I would want to know this and keep on top of it. We DO enjoy SUBWAY!!"

"Disappointed. I asked for lettuce, green peppers and onions on sub, he proceeded with lettuce then put cup of olives which I didn''t want and told him. He was mumbling under his breath. Told him to push olives over to half sub, for my partner. When he put onions on, way too much, asked him to take a bit off, he was basically throwing them off the sub. He proceeded to smash the sub together to close it. We asked for mayonaise, he grabbed the empty container, trying to get some out saying f. f. My partner told him it was the worst looking sub he had ever seen. With a smirk he replied «You’re welcome». We asked to see a manager and tried to find out his name, which nobody knew. He was staring at my partner, at this point we were mad. My partner asked what he was staring at and he was pointing saying You, You."

"My husband went into KFC early this evening.. it was 5:45pm and asked for one of your large meal deals, the person behind the counter refused to serve him saying that you were closing at 7:00pm and that she was not putting on another batch of chicken at that late hour. An hour and fifteen minutes was not enough time to cook another batch of chicken???. We frequent your restaraunt several times each month and certainly did not appreciate this kind of service. This is a poor way of doing business in my opinion!. She never even asked if he''d like to have anything else or even offer to substitute or anything. Needless to say we are NOT very happy about this!."
